When I visited SpotOnAuto, Gheorghe paid great attention to what I wanted, and was honest about whether he could help me with my search. He explained the characteristics of every viable option, and what it meant for the car’s value.

Gheorghe’s knowledge of each car at the forecourt meant I only considered those that would provide the non-negotiable requirements. He took my responsibilities into account as a single parent, and put himself in my shoes as the customer. I only had limited times of day to view and test drive the car, he went out of his way to accommodate me.

Again, great customer service was shown to ensure my chosen car was ready as quickly as possible and in pristine condition. The aftercare was as excellent. Any anxieties I had about buying a secondhand car were allayed. He evidently knows the service history of every vehicle there, and explains any work he has completed himself, it is important to him that I was happy. I know I can go back to him if I need to. I would give 7 stars if I could. I dealt only with 6-7 traders in my life, but George from Spot On Auto is an example how Car Trader businesses should be run. I bought a Toyota Prius 2007 from him. From the beginning he was forthcoming with answers to my questions, in stark contrast to other dealers that had either ignored or downright lied to me. When I went to view the car he showed me all the defects, down to the tiniest. Some were so hard to see I didn't notice them, even though I'm a picky person, yet he made sure I was aware of everything before committing to buy.
